What is an Adjustment?

An adjustment is a carefully delivered thrust applied to joint. It is often accompanied by audible release of gas that sounds like a “crack” with a sensation of relief afterwards. Research has shown the adjustment to be remarkably safe, with numerous studies supporting its use. In fact most patients who receive adjustments feel relaxed and at ease.
